Roland Palencia founded Breakspell Consulting in June 2022 amid the COVID-19 pandemic. This virulent viral tragedy shut down global activity for months and demanded a reevaluation of business as usual. The pandemic changed our world forever; it broke the spell of our society’s traditional and conventional moorings, leading to the undeniable fact that we are all part of a woven ecology while also creating a division in the political arena. This simultaneously provided impactful in-person and virtual leadership opportunities, accompanied by tremendous risks.   

 

Breakspell Consulting meets this new reality head-on as it focuses and deepens its transformational work that goes beyond case-by-case problem solving and instead resolves those within a context of examining underlying causes, structural mindsets, and organizational architectures that lead to specific outcomes, some intended, while some are a byproduct of a vigorous but healthy inquiry that taps into the inner teacher and into the collective wisdom of groups.  

 

Specifically, it has trust that its clients already have the solutions and are of agency in creating their own new paradigms that best serves their imagined future.
